Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

We currently ship to the United States.

Shipping times and rates vary based on your location:

 

• USA: 3–7 business days

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be offered during promotions.

Tracking

All orders come with a tracking number. You’ll receive it via email once your order ships.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are the buyer’s responsibility. We’re not liable for delays caused by customs.

Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

Make sure your shipping info is accurate. If a package gets returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship it—but you’ll cover the extra shipping cost.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the carrier marks your order as delivered, it’s out of our hands. We’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
